Joseph Cha is a curriculum developer and instructional designer at Gen.G, with a Masters in Education from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of California, San Diego. He was also the co-founder of Prepable Learning and authored a book on AP Biology. Joseph has also created over ten curriculums for various institutions with a student-centric focus and has helped students overcome many educational challenges. Joseph’s experience and work in educational programming throughout California and Asia have provided him with a comprehensive understanding of effective learning design.

Jai is the co-founder of Orangutan, one of India’s top esports teams.
He strives to create a positive change through innovative solutions.
He has also been a visiting faculty and a mentor at several educational and career platforms.
Jai is always eager to learn new things, explore new opportunities, and collaborate with like-minded people.
He pursued is MSc in Entrepreneurship and Management from the prestigious University of Bath in the UK
